Flavors are customizable. Some common flavor combinations are given below to help you decide.  Many of the cakes can also be made eggless or vegan if required.  If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us.  


Please note the carved cakes will need to be firmer and cannot have moist fillings. Sheet cakes can be made moist

·      Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake - Moist semi sweet chocolate cake with creamy chocolate buttercream frosting and filling

·       Old Fashioned Chocolate  Ganache  - Moist semi sweet chocolate cake with creamy, chocolate  butter cream filling and a rich ganache frosting                                                

·      Pineapple Sunrise  - Moist semi vanilla Chiffon cake / Gateau with cream and pineapple chunks .

·      Tres Leches - Moist sponge cake with 3 milks. ( This cannot be covered in Fondant)

·      Marble - Combination of 2 flavors for a delicious marble cake

      Choose from:  White & Strawberry cake, or
                           Yellow & Chocolate cake

·      Red Velvet -Deep velvety-red cake, slightly flavored with cocoa

·      Orange Grand Marnier  - Yummy, orange-flavored cake spiced up with Grand Marnier

·      Strawberry Float - Strawberry-flavored cake with a strawberry mousse filling

·      German Chocolate/Pecan Coconut  - Sweet Chocolate Cake with extremely rich pecan/coconut frosting

·       Black Forest cake - The classic combination of chocolate cake with cherry soaking syrup, filled with whipped cream and cherries or optional cherry mousse.

·      Raspberry Mousse cake - White or chiffon cake brushed with orange syrup, filled with layers of raspberry preserves and raspberry mousse.

·      Lemon Chiffon Mousse cake - Lemon chiffon cake with ginger syrup and lemon mousse.(Cannot be tiered)

·      Boston Cream - Butter cake filled with vanilla crème & chocolate ganache.

·       Carrot - Carrot cake with cheesecake filling.

·      Chocolate Dipped Strawberry  -  Layers of strawberry and chocolate cakes with a fudge filling.

·       Orange Dream  - Moist orange chiffon cake filled with vanilla mousse.(Cannot be tiered)
